Sponsorship agreement signed by both parties. First 50% of cash sponsorship due upon execution.
All branded elements and the overall signage plan must receive SAP Center approval no later than two weeks before the event. Purple Lotus provides signage materials and placement staff; BDP coordinates venue approval.
Balance due no later than ten (10) business days prior to the event date, per Section 1.
Booth layout, giveaways, prize wheel / photo op, and staffing plan finalized and cleared with venue. Purple Lotus provides all booth elements and staff.
Artist hospitality goodie bags ($2,500 in-kind) coordinated with BDP for delivery to artist management and placement in dressing rooms / hospitality areas.
Six (6) working credentials and two (2) parking passes issued to Purple Lotus. Fan activation area live; sponsor recognition before the show and during intermission where applicable.
Copy-paste captions for your social, email, and SMS pushes. Feel free to adapt the voice — just keep event name, venue, date, and ticket link intact.
